Our halal mutton shanks are freshly prepared from prime quality Grade A cuts and are always 100% HMC approved. Traditionally used in slow-cooked dishes like Nihari, these shanks are rich, meaty, and full of flavour, becoming tender and succulent when cooked low and slow.

With an average pack weight of 700–800g, they’re a perfect choice for hearty family meals or authentic traditional cooking. For freshness, refrigerate and use within 3–5 days, or freeze and fully thaw before cooking.
